Vivekanad Sharma (1938 - 10 September 2006), Fiji ke ek Hindustani politician aur dharmik worker rahaa lekin uske Fiji me Hindi ke promote kare khatir jana jaawe hae.

Jawani ke din[badlo | source ke badlo]

Vivekanand Sharma ke janam Nadi, Fiji me ek ganna ke kisan ke palwar me bhais rahaa. Uske primary school ke parrhai Votualevu Government School aur secondary ke parrhai Shri Vivekananda High School me bhais rahaa, jiske baad uu master bane ke parrhai karis. Baad me uu India parrhe ke khatir gais aur aapan Bachelors aur Masters Degrees from University of Delhi aur Hindi me PhD Sardar Patel University se karis.[1]

Sharma dher book Hindi aur Hindu sanskriti ke baare me likhis rahaa. Uu Fiji ke Hindi Maha Parishadke suruu kare waala aur pahila President rahaa. Uu Maharishi Sanatan College ke suruu kare waala Principal aur Manager rahaa. Uu Fiji ke Ministry of Education ke Curriculum Development Unit ke Hindi Work Group ke pardhan bhi rahaa aur University of the South Pacific ke Hindi Programme Coordinator bhi rahaa.[2]

Sharma, International Youth Federation of the University of Delhi ke suruu kare waala President rahaa. Uu 1972 ke election me Allianceke taraf se kharraa bhais lekin haar gais. Election ke baad uske Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara ek Senator bnais. 1977 ke duusra election me uu wahii constituency se jiit ke Minister of State for Youth and Sports banaa. Uu Ratu Mara ke bahut maanat rahaa aur uske baare me Hindi me ek book bhi likhis hae. [3]

Uu Votualevu Tirth Dhaam (Hindu Pilgrimage Centre) ke banais rahaa. Uu Shri Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha of Fiji ke General Secretary aur baad me National President rahaa aur Shri Sanatan Dharam Brahman Purohit Sabha of Fiji ke adviser bhi rahaa.

Uske maut Brisbane, Australia me 9 September 2006 ke bhais rahaa.[4] He was cremated at Vatuwaqa Cemetery in Suva on Wednesday, 13 September 2006.[5]
