Chirag Ali Shah Fiji ke ek Hindustani kisan aur politician rahaa.

1963 me uske Governor Fiji ke Legislative Council me nominate karis rahaa. Jab ki isse pahile, nominated member logan jaada kar ke sarkar ke samarthan karat rahin, Shah, A. D. Patel, S. M. Koya aur James Madhavan ke saathe hoe ke Federation Party ke member banaa.

Uu 1965 me London Constitutional Conference me hissa liis rahaa, jisme uu, aapan tiin aur saathi ke saathe, nawaa constitution ke virod me vote karis rahaa.

1966 ke election me uu North-East Viti Levu Indian Communal Constituency me Federation Party ke taraf se kharraa bhais rahaa. Ek tiin-cornered election me result rahaa:

V. P. Vajpai (Independent) 770
% voted 92.6%

1968 ke by-election me uske virod me M.T. Khan kharra bhais rahaa jon ki pahile Federation me rahaa. Election ke result rahaa:

C. A. Shah (Federation) 4,441
M. T. Khan (Alliance) 1,777
% voted 88.0%

1972 ke election me Tavua / Vaileka Indian Communal Constituency se jiitis. Uu Koya ke supporter rahaa aur 1977 ke duusra election me Dove Faction ke support karis aur Koya ke rakam aapan seat haar gais.
