Ayurveda ek duusra rakam ke medical system hae jon India me suruu bhais rahaa.^[1] Iske abhi bahut jaada India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan aur Sri Lanka me kaam me laawa jaae hae, jahaan ke 80% log ii batae hae ki uu log aurveda ke kaam me laae hae.^[2]

Ayurveda me herbal medicine, special diet, meditation, yoga, massage, laxative enema aur medical tel ke kaam me laawa jaae hae. Puraana ayurveda ke pustak me surgery kare ke dhang, jaise rhinoplasty, lithotomy, cataract surgery ke bhi sikhaawa jaae hae.
