checkwiki disabled on wpcleaner?

Hi Gunyam. There are several things to do :

Create a configuration page for checkwiki and ask to add hifwiki to the project, see this discussion for example. Checkwiki is a different tool, but WPCleaner uses its configuration to activate some errors detection
In sadasya:NicoV/WikiCleanerConfiguration, edit the section Check Wiki configuration : uncomment the last parameter, check_wiki_translation_page, and give it the name of the checkwiki configuration page on hifwiki
