Sophora Scientific naam Sophora english kowhai, is a genus including 60 species. S. cassioides is an invasive in New Zealand and endemic in Gough Island. Sophora tomentosa is frequent in Busa (Viti Levu) Many of Sophora, specially Edwardsia could disperse by water and colonize all the islands around.
