Tamanua Mill ek ganna ke pere waala mill rahaa, jiske 1884 me Navua Naddi, Fiji ke west me banawa gais rahaa.

Stanlake Lee and Company ke lage Nausori me ek mili rahaa. Jab CSR Company, Nausori me mill banae ke faeslaa karis tab ii Company aapan Nausori ke mill ke beech ke Navua Naddi ke lage 700 bigha jamiin kharidis. 1883 me Stanlake Lee and Company ke ek aur shareholder ke saathe fir se banwa gais aur October 1884 me ii Tamanua me ek mill kholis jon ki 25 ton chini har din banae sakat rahaa.

3 September 1884 ke Company ke naam ke badal ke Fiji Sugar Company Limited kar dewa gais rahaa. Jab bagal ke Sharp, Fletcher and Company ke mill, 1885 me band bhais tab huan se equipment laae ke mill ke barra karaa gais. Naddi ke uu paar me Calia estate jiske Sharp, Fletcher and Company pahile chalawat rahaa ke bhi lae ke usme fir se ganna bowa gais. Punt se bhi ganna ke mill talak lawa jaawat rahaa. 1893 me jab Deuba Sugar Estate ke mill band bhais tab huan se bhi equipment lae ke mill me baithawa gais.

1894 khula Hindustani lgan ke chhota chhota plot me basawa gais raha. 1897 me hian pe 2496 tonn chini banawa gais aur ii tiino CSR Mill se bahut kamtii rahaa. Mill ke aur barrhawa gauis aur 21 August 1905 ke iske Columbia Sugar Refining Company ke beech dewa gais aur iske Vancouver-Fiji Sugar Company Limited ke naam se jaana laae lagaa.
