2001 me uu FRIEND (Foundation for Rural Integrated Enterprises and Development) ke suruu karis, ki gariibi ke, chhota chhota business khol ke aur log ke health improve kar ke, khalaas karaa jaae. 2002 me Fiji ke pahile ke citizen jon ki England me rahe hae, ke daan se uu school ke larrkan ke khaatir ek scholarship scheme suruu karis, jiske naam 'SAHARA' hae. Kiran ke niche FRIEND ke kuchh project rahaa; dehaati ilaaka ke aurat log ke chutney banae ke beche waala, greeting cards jiske disabled log banae rahin aur herbal chaa. [1] FRIEND, Lautoka me ek resturant suruu jahan pe local ingredients ke kaam me laae ke Hindustani aur Kaiviti khaana banae ke bechaa jaae hae.[2]

Politics[badlo | source ke badlo]

November 2022 me, Kiran, FRIEND se resign hoe ke politics me hoe gais.[3] Uu 2022 ke general election me [[National Federation Party ke taraf se kharraa bais aur uske jiit 2024 vote se bhais.[4][5] 24 December 2022 me uske coalition sarkar me Assistant Minister for Women, Children and Poverty Alleviation banaawa gais.[6] Fiji ke Parliament me abhi, Kiran Standing Committee on Social Affairs me hae. [7] September 2023 me Kiran ek motion rakhis jisse Fiji me "Truth and Reconciliation commission" banaawa gais. [8]
