Jacqueline Evans (janm ch.1971) Cook Islands kee ek samudree sanrakshanavaadee hain. usaka prayaas dveepon ke aasapaas ke samudree paryaavaran kee raksha karana hai. yah julaee 2017 mein saphal hua jab sarakaar ne maara moaana samudree paark banaaya. isane mahaasaagar kshetr ke 763,000 varg meel (1.98 miliyan kimee 2) ke sthaayee prabandhan ke lie pradaan kiya. isamen 125,000 (324,000 kimee 2) ko kavar karane vaale 15 aur atyadhik sanrakshit bahishkaran kshetr shaamil hain. unake prayaason kee maanyata mein, aprail 2019 mein, ivaans ko goldamain paryaavaran puraskaar se sammaanit kiya gaya. ivaans kee samudree jeevan mein ruchi tab shuroo huee jab vah lagabhag laigoon kee skoolee yaatraon par gaee. baat tab kee hai jab vah 16 saal kee theen. vah moonge kee sundarata aur rangeen machhalee se prabhaavit thee. tab usane ek samudree sanrakshanavaadee banane ka phaisala kiya. sabase pahale, vah ek matsy nigaraanee adhikaaree ke roop mein kaam kar rahee thee. baad mein, use kuk aailainds kanjarveshan sarvis dvaara niyojit kiya gaya. 2005 mein, vah svaasthy mantraalay mein shaamil hueen. unhonne samudree paryaavaran par apashisht jal ke prabhaavon kee dekhabhaal kee. paanch saal baad, unhen paryaavaran enajeeo te ipukaariya sosaitee mein prograam mainejar niyukt kiya gaya. yah samudree paark ke lie sanrachanaon ke vikaas par sarakaaree ejensiyon ke saath jud raha tha. isaka uddeshy praakrtik sansaadhanon ke upayog aur sanrakshan kee jarooraton ke beech santulan banaana tha.[1][2][3][4]
