  • Party ko kam se kam 6% votes hasil ki election mein state legislative assembly mein aur jite kam se kam 1 seat.
  • Party ko pura 3% seats ya kam se kam 3 seat jitna hai Legislative Assembly mein, koi bhi jinka zyada hai.
  • Party ko kam se kam Lok Sabha mein 1 seat har 25 seats jitna hain ya koi hissa State ko diye gayi.
  • Liberalised criteria mein, ek aur panna ki koi party ne 8% aur isse zyada hasil ki hai unko state party ka naam banane ka mauka diya jata hai.
