Philip Kindred Dick (16 December, 19282 March, 1982) ek American science fiction chhotaa kahaani ke lekhak aur novelist rahaa.[1] Uu 45 novels[2] aur lagbhag 121 short stories, jisme se jaada science fiction magazines me aais rahaa.[3] Uske fiction varied philosophical aur social questions ke explore karis rahaa, jaise nature of reality, perception, human nature, aur identity, and commonly featured characters struggling against alternate realities, illusory environments, monopolistic corporations, drug abuse, authoritarian governments, and altered states of consciousness.[4][5] He is considered one of the most important figures in 20th-century science fiction.[6]
